The tiny cottage was perfect. Everything I needed for a few days away. The location is terrific; short walk to the beach as well as restaurants, the pier, and more. I didn’t use the pool but it was very well maintained.

This is a MUST if you’re coming to the area! We will definitely be back when we can stay longer and I’ve already told several of our family members and close friends! Absolutely one of the BEST AirBNB’s we have stayed in!

This was a great place to stay for my travels to Wilmington. It’s a close drive to everything and the house was very clean and had plenty of room.

Perfect location, short driving distance to stores and restaurants which is nice after a long day. Extremely quiet neighborhood so there’s no daily traffic noise but every now again you get some passing by jets taking off but it’s not bad at all.
The back yard was a highlight for us with the hot tub and pool to relax in. The house was over the top nice, zero complaints with anything and for the money spent we were more than happy. We will definitely look to book here again!

I had an amazing stay at Ladds Airbnb! The place was very clean and comfortable. The swings were so much fun in the back and the photos matched perfectly to what was on the app. I was very pleased and would 100% recommend.

Wish we could leave more than 5 stars! It was so peaceful and quiet sitting on the back screened in porch having my coffee in the morning or relaxing after a long day at the beach in the evening. And, such a delight to go out the back door to the dock to fish and kayak (which they provided). Both outside and inside has everything you need to live there.. and you’re just minutes drive to the beach and really to anything else you want whether it be great restaurants or quality grocery stores-also delicious ice cream and candy shop near by. They had flexible ability to extend our stay an extra day and check out later. We hated to have to leave, since the place felt like the home we always wanted! We will be back.

The cottage was the perfect location, not far from the pier and arcade area. Great spot for two people. Parking was very straightforward. Seemed town was behind on inspections for pool so we barely missed it, but should be open now! Didn’t stray us at all, would absolutely come back!

We had such an amazing stay!! We were able to walk to the beach at any time of the day or the night. Safe,calm and peaceful area. Definitely will be back :)

It was a lovely cottage perfect for just two people and the location is walking distance to everything and not far away from Carolina beach or the ferrie. I just suggest going when the pool is open to have more to do. Overall the cottage was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for what we wanted. We were able to take full advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was also so nice to be able to bring the dog. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to that area.
